We managed to get on the flight, we were on standby but got checked straight through and got great seats! Now having a bite to eat and a virgin daiquiri to celebrate before starting the adventure! :) :)

We leave for Argentina on Friday morning, 31 June 2013, 4 days time! Here is an idea of the itinerary:

1. Fri 31st: Buenos Aires, Argentina
2. Sat 1st: Buenos Aires, Argentina
3. Sun 2nd: Buenos Aires, Argentina
4. Mon 3rd: Gaucho farm, near Buenos Aires, Argentina
5. Tues 4th: Buenos Aires, Argentina, fly to transit in São Paulo
6. Wed 5th: Fly Sao Paulo to Lima, day in Lima, Peru
7. Thurs 6th: Fly Lima to Puerto Maldonado, Peru - Stay at Refugio Amazonas in the amazon
8. Fri 7th: Head to Tambopata Research Centre, deep in the Amazon
9. Sat 8th: Tambopata Research Centre, Amazon
10. Sun 9th: Tambopata Research Centre, Amazon
11. Mon 10th: Fly Puerto Maldonado to Cuzco
12. Tues 11th: Cuzco, Peru
13. Wed 12th: Cuzco and Sacred Valley
14. Thur 13th: Inca trail day 1
15. Fri 14th: Inca trail day 2
16. Sat 15th: Inca trail day 3
17. Sun 16th: Inca trail day 4 and Macchu Picchu
18. Mon 17th: Luxury train Cuzco to Puno, Peru
19. Tues 18th: Lake Titicaca - Uros and Amantani Islands
20. Wed 19th: Lake Titicaca - Taquile Island
21. Thur 20th: Bus Puno to La Paz, Bolivia
22. Fri 21st: Fly La Paz to Lima, then Lima to São Paulo
23. Sat 22nd: Fly São Paulo to Johannesburg
